• Deposit Required: For all first-time clients, a deposit of $25 is required that goes towards your service afterward.

• Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without 24 hour notice in advance, a cancellation fee (50% of your service charge) will be assessed. We do not take any further bookings from No-show and No-call clients.

• No Refund: We don't offer refund. We do, however, offer a three-day grace period for clients to come in for touch-ups if need be.
